Payments may be made at the time of registration via credit card or you may elect to pay by check. Please note that your registration is not final until payment is received. Checks must be received within 10 business days.

Please indicate on your payment the name(s) of the individual(s) who will be attending the event.
All participants must check-in at the SCADA's registration table. There, your name badge and other conference materials will be available. Registration begins on Sunday, May 16 at 11:30 a.m.
If you are unable to attend the SCADA, please send a written cancellation notice to us no later than 5:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 12, 2021, for a full refund. After April 12 2021, no refunds are allowed, only substitutions. Please email the Planning Committee with “Cancellation” in the Subject line.
If your cancellation notice is
received after the deadline of
April 12, a refund will not be possible. Please email the Planning Committee with “Cancellation” in the Subject line.
"No-shows" will not be refunded.
An unpaid “no-show” still owes the conference hosts for the cost of registration. That is, if you do not cancel your registration by the cancellation deadline and do not attend the conference, you still owe your registration fee to SCADA as costs have already been incurred for the headcount.

To receive a full refund for a canceled registration, your cancellation must be received prior to the cancellation deadline (Monday, April 12, 2021).
It is the registrant’s responsibility to follow up with the SCADA Planning Committee within two (2) months after the conference in the event a refund is not received. If a registrant does not follow up on a refund and it is not received, no refund will be possible following this
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from conference registration refunds.
In the unlikely case of cancellation
of the event, the organizers
shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and
shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transportation costs, accommodations, etc.
